Sacred Heart School for the Arts seeks a highly motivated and collaborative individual to serve as Executive Director. The Executive Director will promote Sacred Heart Schools’ mission and core values while demonstrating skills in planning and management of the school as a center for dance, drama, music and the visual arts. The Executive Director will assist in the planning and implementation of advancement and marketing activities/programs and manage the school’s budget. In addition, the Executive Director will work collaboratively to implement the current strategic plan and continue to develop the vision for the school; provide leadership in curriculum development and community engagement; and demonstrate an understanding of a variety of performance and pedagogical skills.
A master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Minimum 5-years’ experience in the field of arts education and a minimum of 5-years’ experience in performing arts administration.
